We are welcoming posters from all attendees, undergraduate and graduate students included! The poster session will take place at 1:00 pm on Friday, November 13th and will last two hours, with an audience of up to 100 attendees.
Please note the following details before submitting your poster abstract.
- Topic: Related to the event theme of Working in Water Landscapes or the Water Science Community.
- Title: Up to 150 characters
- Abstract: Up to 250 words
- Deadline: October 21, 2026 - submissions can be edited until this date
- To present a poster, you must be a registered attendee.
- Poster titles, abstracts, and authors may be included in promotional materials and the event program.
All poster proposals of scientific merit and compliant with the CUAHSI Code of Conduct will be accepted as capacity allows. Poster proposals will be reviewed by this criteria as they are submitted. If posters are submitted prior to October 21, posters should be assumed to be accepted unless otherwise notified prior to the event. Following October 21st, poster submissions will be accepted as capacity allows.
Program organizers will be in touch at least 2 weeks prior to the event with presenters to share poster numbers and instructions.
